Favourite Album?

I'm obviously going with Fallen But Origin is not too far behind. Both are truly amazing albums but Fallen just about beats it with all the awesome songs and especially lyrically it is the best out of the 3, and musically too, hell it has the whole package!! Oh and the vocals are the best out of the 3 too

Can I cheat and vote for all of them?

I like them all equally for different reasons. Fallen probably has the better songs on it but I just think that TOD is a better constructed, more intelligent album and it really means alot to me And Origin is just fucking amazing so.....

but Origin has the most oundstanding songs and versions to my ears, love Whisper and Imaginary in that, and also Lies, Anywhere, etc,etc

i said all of them but if i had to pick one...definitely TOD!

I have to vote Fallen. It was the first album I heard and I just fell in love with it.

I voted for Fallen(shocking) because many of my favourite songs are in that Album

It really is hard to say, so I chose ALL OF THEM.

While each album retains a certain "Evanescence" sound, they are still so different that it is difficult to compare them.

Origin is moody, introspective, and shadowy. The lyrics seem almost abstract to me.

Fallen is raw, heavy, and dark. The lyrics are more direct, but just as beautiful and easy to relate to.

The Open Door took some getting used to for me, but now I love it for its complexity and empowering feel.

Wow Jenna, thats a really good description of the albums - I agree. I certainly think TOD and Fallen are so different they are difficult to compare but they are both equally awesome for different reasons......The Open Door is a far more complex, intelligent album IMO. Amy has said that there's no way she could have written these songs 5 years ago, so that shows that, lyrically, the songs are probably more mature and on another level from Fallen.
