Aww... I got the first picture you've shared Mariel :] It's really awesome to see that Amy is pretty much happy with her life now :] But... I miss her real look. I don't know if I am the only one who thinks that when Amy changed her looks she's kinda different now. O.o I don't know. She's still Amy

Amy posted on evthreads with some news of the album yesterday:

"Hey guys, I just wanted to thank you so much for all the birthday wishes! I'm feeling the love. I'm sorry for dropping off the face of the earth, its been a tough year, but I believe there is great music being made and I have high hopes for 2011! Right now I'm in the middle of nowhere on the Northern California coast with Terry and Tim, no cell phones and the nearest town's population is less than 300. Were high up on a cliff overlooking a foggy bay, writing songs and watching the seals jump in the waves. Couldn't ask for a more beautiful place to make music and feel.

But it means we still have to wait longer for the album.
But it doesn't matter that much to me!

^We still have time to wait, but this means they're still working and it hasnt just ground to a halt.....which is better than nothing.

Some news I dug up on a very long, 3 hour search of the internet, which I put on my site:

I’ve spent some time researching and looking online….and have come across a site called sonicscoop.com, a site that follows music in New York City. On sonicscoop.com they have written the following about Evanescence’s new album and its progress in studio A of MSR studios in New York:
“Steve Lillywhite produced Evanescence in studio A from February to April.”

This is mixed news, as we now have a more accurate date for when recording stopped in studio A, but it does not give any details or suggestion that Evanescence have since returned to the studio, (that is not to say that Evanescence aren’t using a different studio or just working from home). It also casts some doubt as to whether Steve Lillywhite is still producing with Evanescence. SonicScoop.com does though note that since then “the cast album for ‘Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson’, was [recently] recorded in studio A by Dean Sharenow” after April.

Just something that some of you may find interesting.

And a sweet quote I found from Amy Lee on working with Will Hunt

Hopefully that clarifies his role in Ev a bit better, I was always a bit unsure what he was doing to be honest.

In the latest interview of Will Hunt he said that Ev will hit the studio again with another producer (can't recall the name nor find the article, sorry!). Oh, I hope this info is true!
I wonder what happened to the work of Steve Lillywhite... Though he and Amy unfollowed each other on Twitter already a long time ago.
