what time does everyone usually come on here?

Have to wait a week to 10 days to get my results but there's something wrong

I usually go here at 5:51pm in my country or after school. And it's kinda lively whenever it's 12:00am here or 1:00am here in my country. I don't know what exactly your time is during those time in my country
