Here's what I posted to the forum: "Angel of Mine" was indeed written and sung by me and one that I recorded in December of 1998 in my parents' basement on a piece of crap 8-track as a demo! I believe this was probably quite some time before anyone had ever heard of Amy Lee or Evanescence. It was released on my first solo CD called, "in the Beginning, there was..." in 2000. I got a kick out your postings, though! I had NO idea there was such a controversy built up around the song. Same here. I heard a lot of people talking about it and I went and checked it out and Iwas like THAT IS NOT AMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! O_O

It may not be Amy, but it still is a pretty song. ;] I'd love it if Amy did a cover of it (even though it would probably almost sound the same XD)
